AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Maison De Nails (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website maisondenailspalmetto.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules may change. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Site for any purpose other than its intended use. Prohibited activities include:
- Engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site
- Using the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes
SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Monitor the Site for violations
- Take legal action against violators
- Restrict or disable access to any content or users at our discretion
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content on the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or discontinuation of the Site.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
